This Privacy Policy explains how Jessica Nail & Beauty Supply Inc. ("JNBS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the EZOrder mobile application ("App").

1. Scope & Purpose

EZOrder is an internal workplace productivity and inventory fulfillment application intended exclusively for authorized staff, warehouse associates, store clerks, and delivery drivers. The application is not offered for public consumer or marketing purposes.

2. Data We Collect

• Authentication Data: Employee username, name, and internal security token used to log into company systems.
• Operations Records: Order IDs picked, barcode scan logs, line item fulfillment states, time stamps, and packing statuses.
• Camera & Photo Uploads: Camera access is used exclusively for scanning barcodes and capturing verification photos of packed orders.
• Device & Network State: Offline cache status and network availability to safely synchronize pending operations.

3. Use of Information

Information processed within the app is used solely to facilitate accurate warehouse order fulfillment, avoid duplicate picking collisions, record proof of packing condition, and ensure stock accuracy across company systems.

4. Data Retention and Sharing

We do not share, sell, lease, or monetize any employee or operational data with outside advertising networks or data brokers. All communications are encrypted over HTTPS/TLS to internal enterprise servers.
